This is a Parham Attack (Wayward Queen Attack) game I played. This is one of my favourite openings as White after 1.e4 e5, because it results in dynamic games, and limits Black's early move choice options by forcing him to reply to particular threats instead of creating his own counterplay plan. This can often result in a crippled position for him. On the other hand, White has to maintain pressure, as passivity is usually fatal. Often there are positional (as in this game) or tactical sacrifices at White's disposal, and they can be very useful.
