Poor form from opponent

Played this game a few minutes ago. I’m feeling a bit peevish after the opponent blatantly toyed with me in the final few moves. Is this behaviour acceptable? I understand that it’s kind of ok to show boat a bit when your opponent is about to die, but this boorish display took it a bit far.
