Positional blunder leads to excellent knight outpost

I was waiting for 15. nc4, seems like a good move but trading the bishop for a knight was a premove there. This allowed for the knight to swing up to an impenetrable outpost and then once the position locked down it was just gg. I could pretty much do anything and set up a perfect attack without having to worry about anything from my opponent. With my king at the base of the queenside pawn chain, and the kingside pawns all on dark squares nothing the bishop could do. Great positional game!
