@sammy_boi, this is a rarity in that it's a gambit which is best not accepted. Black has other decent options like a6, c5, h6 etc. But a really crazy fun line is 6. h4 f6 7. Bd3!? with a massive mess
I have many wins accepting the pawn, but many losses as well. Black must defend precisely, while White's errors are usually less costly.
In any case, playing both O-O and h6 as Black cannot be recommended. When I accept the sacrifice, I try to castle queenside. Black can castle kingside only when the sacrifice is refused.
