I have done a few queen sacs over the years, this one was done a while ago http://www.chess.com/forum/view/game-showcase/my-best-game-ever10.
After a nice holiday I did come to play this queen sac game the other day, I ran it by evaluation and it seems the computer refuses the queen sac which means that white was standing better once he took my queen.
