Ok, games can be either rated or unrated in group stage. But in the Round of 16 games have to be rated. You must also play 15+10 games not 15 min but 15 min + 10 seconds per move.

It will count though seeing as both of you agreed to play this time control.

But if you do this in the future it will be considered a draw.
