So you did, my mistake... and yes, you are still winning there.. but I don't think that makes Be6 a good move. Maybe it doesn't deserve a question mark... how about a ?! dubious.
I don't know, when all is said and done, black remains in a bind. There is no defence to the threat of RD2!, after which he is completely tied up to the defence of the weak pawns. (If he chooses to activate his rook instead, white can then clean up and I've got to think that the material edge will make itself felt later).
All in all, I can't agree that Be6 should be labled dubious, as it follows fully in line with Capablanca's Rule. If you are winning in material and are working for a clearly won endgame, sacrifice part of that advantage to bring about the win.
I know Rook and Pawn endgames are often drawn but I think, in this case, white's position is just too overpowering to handle.
