Unfinished game

I guess my end game theory is not as good as yours, because that looks very winning for black in my eyes!

My advantage was Rook vs Bishop, and two pawns.
I was convinced I was going to win, but I messed up.

Still, why did you accept a draw in the final position? You lost your R vs B advantage, but you're still up by 2 pawns.

This was not the final position. The game went on for another 30 moves.
Around move 37, my notes were incorrect, and I hoped that by publishing the game here my opponent could help me recall the correct moves.
At one point, I was certain that I was going to lose, but I was able to obtain a perpetual, and we agreed on a draw.
