Black king's options are few and not that dandy: 15...Kf8? loses to 16.Ne6#. If 15...Kf6, then white's one a nice king hunt with the option of castling queen side Morphy-style. I don't know if I woulda resigned just yet, but things are -not- looking good for black.

I'm assuming you meant to say Black resigned not White.  Perhaps because of this:
