I don't know of anyone who has the killer king, I've seen seen how it could be done. However, I haven't even seen it in a puzzle.

Hardly GM level, but here is how I earnt my only Killer King award. The only interesting thing about it is that my Komodo opponent's King journeyed the length of the board to meet his fate.

Well done, killer King is not easy to do, now I've seen killer King in a game.
Mine probably would not have happened if my opponent had not been a Bot. Most humans would have resigned earlier as they knew that they were beaten Yes, a King kill is very uncommon, probably for that reason.
