1. Also play some daily games where you have time to think and analyse.
2. Make a lot of simple tactical exercises.

Its a cool goal to reach 1900, trying to get there myself. You will get better just by playing a lot of games, that is the only real way to get better at time management and finding practical moves in a game situation. As someone that also plays a lot of the Italian I would recommend learning the fried liver, and Evans gambit. There is a lot more opportunity to be aggressive in these variations compared to main line Italian (plus you are the one dictating the game and you look cool). Also I think you should try to learn a solid opening with black that you can play in a majority of your games. Something like the Caro Kahn, French or Sicilian would be my recommendation. Avoid symmetrical positions with Black (mirroring what White does), because often times White will find a way to get an advantage first.

I am stuck at 1000. I played few matches recently, I won 1 match and lost 1 match and so on. How should I improve? If you have any tips and tricks please comment. Thanks for reading this.
