Depends on your frequency and your talent. Some people can get into expert level after one year, some people only can get to intermediate or advanced level. From your rating, you are intermediate, so you will probably increase to 1600-1800 depends on the scenario.
1 Year training

Depends on age and work and all that.
You can probably gain a few hundred points a year for a few years.

Sure, I think you could get a few hundred points every year for a few years.
Not guaranteed, but it's definitely possible.
I play since years training all day several hours per day and still cant even reach 1000 rating.
But you are probably better than me and will achieve alot more

who is your coach? may i ask?
why ask?

This is for absolute beginners only. You're 1300. 1550 is around the average club player, a very good result from 0. Reaching 2000 with 23 would prove you as extremly gifted.

I managed to go up 174 points last year purely self training and playing games against other people, it's how I became an NM. I'm sure you've heard it's harder to increase rating points the higher up you go in chess. So if you have a good coach, and train as hard and consistently as I did the entire year (2-3 hours a day on average), with the right study materials, you'll probably be able to go up somewhere between 300-600 points from your current level. It's possible but very difficult, good luck.
You can make big gains initially. I started playing OTB in December 2013. My rating bottomed at 1225 in Mar 2014 (70 ECF) and my current rating is 1495 (106 ECF).

Would these be the right study materials?

I'd switch out Positional Play for School of Future Champions 4 since it's the updated and expanded edition and School of Future Champions 5 in place of Attack and Defence. The Baburin book is out of print and I don't know of any in print substitutes for its topic (Isolated d-pawn positions)
I'd also add Understanding Chess Endings and specialized endgame books to the list. Rather than work on one endgame book work on a single type of endgame, like rook endings then pawn endings for the month after. I'd also add in Shereshevsky's Endgame Strategy since strategic endgames are different from theoretical endgames.
Hello, i want to know how will increase my rating with 1 year workout?
with good coach.
