I can't get any opponent on 10 mins live chess. Does anyone know if there is a server problem or something? What's wrong? Thanks.

Your last two losses say "game abandoned". You probably are suffering a "Fair Play" penalty.

Any idea how long that can last? What can I do to end the penalty it has been almost a week. Thank you.

Sorry, I've never experienced it. I thought it was a 5 minute waiting period between games.

Try very hard to avoid abandoning your games in the future and you may get off the list. Some of the things take up to 90 days to clear.

Let's hope you weren't placed in the bad player's pool. It can be tough to get a game.
