Happens all to often, some days it just isn't there and you play on when you really should just acknowledge it and switch to playing the computer.

It happens, most of us have experienced tilt. It used to affect me really much but now I do not care as much as I know it is normal. Maybe you could set up some rule where if you have lost a certain amout of rating in a day you just stop there and play on another day.
