1,3, 14 days... why not SUPER FAST?

Hi guys. I read some posts here and i believe this is a good idea for players like me that hate fragmented play.. I often start a 1 day per move game hoping to play it straight... 4-5 moves then the opponent just leave for hours... damn... it's not his fault, but well, 90% of the time ill loose that game... and sincerely that way im sure i wont improve my skills at all... so... what about a FAST 10 minutes per move match? maybe we could include an option to pause it for a while, just in case of a great match when u need to go to the bathroom :)... but only if both players agree......That would be really great...

Thanks for you time..

Thats what "live" chess is for.

Alternatively, you can create seeks that exclude players with slower time-per-move stats than you'd like to play -- there is a < 3hr option that would probably suit your need.

If this doesn't work you might try finding (or starting) a group for like-minded individuals.

What i had in mind was the option to create a new game in fast mode, so that a player that accepts the match knows that i can and i wanna play it till the end... As a programmer i can tell you that it would not take that much to implement such a feature...

A fair request -- what distinguishes this from Live Chess though -- just the ability to adjourn the game if both parties agree?  If so, I'd think an agreed adjournment option for live chess might make more sense than live-chess like time controls for turn based.

Or are you looking for fast "Time Per Move" time controls instead of "Time Per Game" which is the only control available in Live Chess now?  Again, live chess seems to clearly be a better place to implement such a thing, but the suggestion is a good one.

Thanks, nice to see you like the idea, and well, if you put it in that way, yes i'd say it actually a time per move...
