ORG is hard compared to bullet or blitz, people rarely blunder anything and it's hard to progress.

The term "better ratings" is not clarified. If you play a lot of bullet and blitz then your bullet and blitz rating will more closely reflect your strength at bullet and blitz, but they will not say as much about your strength at slower time controls. When I play blitz (on-line or in-person) my experience with longer time controls and endings allows me to make a move that inflicts a long-term positional weakness on my opponent, and do so without having to make any but the most minimal calculations. Then I can continue play while aware of that weakness and thus be more likely to see an opportunity to take advantage of it.
