Not legally according to the TOS (unless you're a titled player).

Although in practice, as long as nobody knows the 2 accounts belong to the same person, and they don't play games against each other, the staff won't do anything about it (since multiple people could have accounts on the same computer).

Not that I'm speaking from experience, just to clarify. I only have one account.

Thanks for the replies!!!!!

I would like to advance information to the groups where I am a member that I am taking a break with chess.com for a year or so. So I won't renew on first day of March this year. This means whatever remaining games I have will all be forfeited infavor of my opponent. I hope my groupmates will understand me in this. I will try to finish as many games as possible though before the end of February.

Is it allowed for titled players to have more than one account? Like one (official) for giving online coaching and one for playing anonymous?

That's my understanding exactly.  They can do opening prep and try things they might not want the whole chess world to know about.

Also, titled players are titled and they bring chess to amateurs. Promoting it.
