I played against a person who only used 2 seconds on 8 moves. Is this possible ?

I once played 30 moves in exactly 2.5 seconds, but this was on lichess where premoves don't subtract any time.

On chess.com premoves subtract 1/10 of a second, so it's even possible to play 8 moves in less than 1 second.
