Regardless of the level, most players consider themselves somewhere near OK. Maybe a little bad, maybe a little good. And then:

 

+200 points are pretty tough players
+400 (and above) are the truly strong players
-200 players are pretty easy to beat
-400 players are really easy to beat

See no matter how good you are but you still can't achieve 2300hundred as your best win, so in other words you couldn't beat anyone who's 23 hundred club , your best wins 22+ but not 23 hundred . My point is 23 hundred is different league
