Russia had an average rating of 2773, i.e. over all the 44 games they played they outrated India with 142 Elo points on average, and still India finished ahead. The first board gold went to Topalov.
Topalov had the best first board TPR already in the 1994 Olympiad, 20 years ago.
Carlsen is doing things that were last seen when Kasparov was still playing - so to criticize him is pointless. It's called "complete domination over his peers". If you bash him, who's your real world champion? BAH!!
