Many people upon improving don’t feel like they have improved, because their standards for quality play rise alongside their skills, and so they often feel like their opponents begin to play less accurately, as opposed to themselves simply playing better.

Well I am aware that at my current level I do not give for more so going up to 2200 is not something objective. I don't feel like I'm playing better either. how I show it in the last game just take advantage of a very ugly mistake from my opponent
in the end I think I should just train and stop playing for a while
