You're first step to improving is.... quit playing blitz
240 elo, how can I improve?
I do my weekly lessons, and I know more than 8 openings. I know so much checkmate ideas, and I have a similar elo in rapids
and can u recommend an openning?
my favourite are: king's indian for king security, caro kann, stafford gambit and danish gambit

Stop playing blitz. You cannot improve if you have no time to think.
At absolute minimum, play rapid 10|0. But 15|10 and 30|0 are even better. As a beginner, you need time to think. You dont have the instincts of experienced chessplayers yet.
Play maximum four 15 mins game per day, practice tactics for 30 mins minimum. Learn basic mating pattern , And stop hanging pieces even if that stops you from attacking. NO BLITZ/ BULLET

Nobody plays king's indian for " king security " . Its shows your fundamental thinking flaw . At your rating you should not be concerned with opening .As white you HAVE TO PLAY E4. Then against e5 you can try scotch / italian . Or if you are tactical then may be king's gambit . Learn common ideas against french / Caro . And if you face Sicilian then go for open variation . Don't even think about d4/c4/nf3 till you reach near 1200. And against d4 you can start with slav/ semi slav. At your level the objective is not to blunder and reach an even middlegame

I think the second comment was talking about quitting blitz for now, but not quitting chess. Blitz isn’t as good for improvement compared to rapid for most players; I believe blitz can help improvement a lot, but only at a certain level and only when used correctly.
The danger of blitz is the faster time control not giving you needed time to calculate and think about other options mid-game. Once you get a much higher pattern recognition from playing a lot and understanding the game more deeply, then blitz has it’s benefits when used correctly.
In the meantime, here’s a blog post I wrote that’s been pretty successful: https://www.chess.com/blog/KeSetoKaiba/opening-principles-again It’s not just about the opening. I also have a ton of links at the bottom of the blog post as resources for lots of chess players.
