I wonder if you guys also had something like that my 3 last games i even did not started them because of my connection and when i came back i had 3 losses and 30 elo lost i even did not play one move !! wtf

If you have a high disconnect or abort rate, as a percentage of completed games, all games that are started as rated, get rated.

thank you for your answer but my ratio is far from beeing that bad + it happened very often to me that someone dsconnected before the game started and i never received any elo from that here i lost 30 without playing one move in 3 games, i started playing in february and i never had something like that , it's absolutely not fair and to be honest i reported a bug and without answer i really think i will stop playing , i hate that kind of thing..+ normally 30elo is not 3 games lol but more like 5 games ..Anyway this is not normal to me , if you don't play you don't lose what kind of rules is that ..This said thank you for your answer at least i received one

not sure i understood properly what you said but if it is the case this is one of the biggest stupidity i have ever readed lol i did not abandonned i did not started the game i wasn't there

I don't think u understand. If you abort too many times, which is disconnecting and etc. You will just lose elo due to fair play. If this happens often again, you may receive a suspension or even a ban. What I'm trying to say is get better internet.

Ok but that's what i tried to say i don't think this is normal as far as you did not abort voluntarly and sorry i don't see any fair play in this but more an unjustified abuse of power , if you do it on purpose, ok i agree and to do this you have to press the abandon button and you receive a message telling you that if you do it to often you will be ban, i never did that , so that's why i don't see a logical explanation in this ..anyway if it's normal for everybody i will be also a sheep and also say it's normal even if i really don't think so .. Thank you anyway for your time and your answers . At least i understood that it is not worth it to wait a repair coz i will have nothing ^^ Have a nice day

A quick question. Does your loading screen starts to bug and it hangs in chess? And when you start a new match, time ticks and then you lose because of "game abandonment" even though you were trying to get into the game?

Most likely due to lag, or bug. Try to restart your PC or phone if possible. That's my best opinion on this as it could help.
