40+ moves and no draw by repition?

I just played a gamewhere for almost 40+ moves I was checking the king.

I am curious as to why there was no draw by repitition, three-fold repitition, or perpetual check. Finally I got frustrated and threw the game but after almost 50 moves of checking why did it not draw?

There is, you have to claim it by hitting the draw button.

Usually in the past the game automatically drew. I didn't think of offering a draw assuming the game would do it for me.

it auto-draws when a stalemate occurs, I think thats the only time it will do that.

Once the 3 fold rep occurs you claim the draw by hitting the draw button. You aren't offering it, your opponent will not have a choice whether or not to accept it.

Oh well. I shouldn't have been so hasty then. Thank you for the response.
