500 rating here equals 1300 on Lichess?

I'm asking because I'm 600 blitz here and soon 1300 blitz on Lichess. I swear I'm not even exaggerating but 500's here are LEVELS above 1300s on Lichess. I just played around 15 rapid games over there and I probably won 12 of them within 2.5 minutes each. I ALWAYS either take both of their central pawns in the opening or I completely erase their pawn structure, Lichess 1000-1300s play the same way as some of my friends that have never played chess really. How come 350 rated players here put their rooks behind their pawns late in the game and 1200s on Lichess don't even activate their King in the endgame? What's going on here are 1200s over there like 200s here?
