Recording the timing of the game is not part of the manditory header information in the pgn standard. It is very difficult to find large files with this information. If you are willing to give that up, the other information can be found in downloads from TWIC, http://www.chess.co.uk/twic/ and in most of the games in icofy, http://icofy-blog.de/. The latter has over 4 million games.

Hello everyone,
I am an economist at the University of Barcelona and am working on a research project about chess. I would like to get my hands on the biggest collection of PGN files out there. I am particulalry interested in games where:
1. The full name of the palyers are recorded in the PGN file
2. the time (either total time of the game or time er move) is recorded
3. The ELO of each player is recorded
Anyone have any ideas of where to obtain a file that is a collection of many many games? The more the better!
Thanks!
Peter
