I am registered on this site (first and only site I am playing on). Can you explain to me how it is possible that players with 1000 ELO (assuming it's real) are so strong? I'm becoming convinced that there are a lot of cheaters, but somehow they pass themselves off as honest players. It cannot be explained otherwise. I'm an OTB 1880 player, but I'm struggling to hit 1200 in the Bullet here. Something doesn't add up to me!

If you suspect someone of playing suspiciously you should report them.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
