Agreed. I definitely remember hearing that Kasparov spent 6 hours training everyday when he was still active. It would be nice to see exactly what he did during those 6 hours.
It's probably not hard to guess. I would imagine that most of them eat healthy, exercise (probably right in the morning, because this warms up the mind as well, and they would know that just as much as I do.) and after that it might vary but you can imagine that they all have a simple but effective program.
I don't know if anyone else out there would be interested in reading about the daily training regimen of chess professionals.
