Well, technically yes, but I don't know that you can force it easily.

Checking quickly with a tablebase shows that many such positions are dead drawn with best play.
Theoretically it's a draw in all but a few situations where the knight is trapped on the edge away from it's king. But yeah your opponent can make mistakes.
