GMs don't comment in these forums, and even if they did, titled players typically don't give lessons for free (lessons include making you a study plan).
A question of chess study for the GMs

Yep, it's well-paid thing, as I know. Educational process is really important thing, and I think that people should start studying chess, if they want, at schools - no matter would it be a private school or a boarding school. But pupils and college students should have such opportunities. I know a great resource ( here: https://smapse.com/ ), which collects nice lists of the best schools, which allow any person to get the necessary education, explaining all the pros and cons of each school or college.
As a GM if your student had 9 hours to practice chess daily then how would you structure their learning?
