A really fun chess version for 3 or 4 players!!

Hi all! Yesterday after class i went for coffee and chess with 3 friends from my chessclub and one of them suggested that instead of playing 1vs1 classic mini tournament, to play a version called ''HAND and MIND''! So you have 2 teams, white and black, where in every team 1 player is the mind and the other is the hand. The mind names a piece for example says ''knight'' and the other must play that piece but without knowing where or which knight. Or in first move the mind says ''pawn'' but the hand decides wich pawn and where. You can play it also with 3 players, 1 plays normally and two are playing Hand and Mind. We  played 5 games 5/3 time control, it was really really fun and i wanted to share with u!! xD
