Abuse can be reported at this link http://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new (select “Abuse” from the menu). Posting anything in public forums is not a good idea.

Don't accuse in public.If you felt abused, just sent a ticket with the screen shot you took to

As LPS advised to you.

Anyway, after reporting him, block the user and move along. Just enjoy yourself and don't let those abuses upset you.
