It could be a connection issue to the server. :) On your computer you make your move and it shows that it is your opponents turn. But it is possible that your opponents computer is still waiting for your move even though you have already submitted it due to connectivity issues. When there is delayed connections then the server resets the clock to the proper time. :) In other words, it might seem that your opponent is getting extra time added on your computer, but your opponent sees that you are getting extra time added on his/her computer as well. :)
