Just had a couple of games with 'xxxxxx' , German Chap - or plays under a German Flag. 1 Minute games - I won the first and he chatted ' lucky piece of shit' - and 'hope you die of aids and cancer you fokker'.

When reported to Chess - nothing is done - does anyone else believe this acceptable - and is it not time for a zero tolerance - once and you are out ?

Bullet chess isn't known for its elegance and formality. Eh, it's not too much of a big deal. Forget and move on.

I believe that anyone who does this kind of thing should be banned for life from the site. Germans and Russians are especially prone to this kind of abuse. I have almost quit playing with Indians too, they are very intrusive or if you make an oversight, they call one a moron etc.

The management does nothing. I often see people disconnect when they are losing, and they get a warning. But nothing is done. I bet you could get 1000 warnings and nothing would happen.

Its the internet.  Deal with it.

I think some of the people on this site have been seated infront of the computer for so long that their balls have shrinked and crept up their ass. Stand up, take a walk and grow two new ones. 

If being asked to go die from aids make you throw a tantrum you realy should not be on the internet.

To answer the thread's title:  naming and shaming is considered "unacceptable".  Report the player and refrain from trying to make them look bad in the forums out of spite.

Such naming and shaming attempts cannot be verified as true by forum readers, and so may be faked to smear another account unjustly; thus, all naming and shaming threads are disallowed by chess.com.

You can't stereotype countries.  That would be like saying all players from India should be banned because of the 10 to 20 bozos that have been spamming phone-based advertisements in the forums.  Does that mean all people from India do that?

Not acceptable and if chess.com is doing nothing about it is pretty concerning.  My 14 year old boy plays in this site.  Unfortunately you will find all kind of people on this site and any other.  I suggest you turn off your chat while playing and if you get a rude message some other way don't bother waiting your time and good energy...delete the message and block....that simple.
