Achievements are glitched and not showing up on my account

I've run into this issue on Chess.com multiple times. I complete an achievement like, analyzing 10 games or reading 100 articles, but it never shows up on my account.

I've double checked everything and even tried reloading and redoing the achievement, but no matter what, it still won’t show up on my account.

Please help me someone!

Would you, or a chess.com staff member, be able to help me get them to show up on my account?

Sometimes they take some time to show up Ive had that happen before.

Depending on the achievement staff can do it. You would need to contact them directly using the option in the menu

I tried contacting the staff but it doesn't work for me. Like I click it and literally nothing happens...

The support tool loads code from a different site. So, if your browser blocks third party code or cookies, it won't load.

Probably not, they will get back to you though. To the email you have registered. Is there any reason the achievements are so important?

There was a glitch on the app a couple weeks ago and they responded in a good time frame. They get tens of thousands of messages a day it's a lot to process and go through.
