Achievements not granted

Why does Chess.com is always late in granting achievements?

Some achievements are broken, often due to feature updates that didn't update achievements code.

Some might just take a little time to awarded. A lot of things on site update asynchronously to keep system load manageable.

So you are saying that some achievements are practically impossible to unlock? I couldn't unlock the "dangerous Intersection" no matter how much I try. I even wrote a E-mail to chess.com support But still They didn't grant it. by the way, they responded but it wasn't helpful. Please help.

And also one more thing, I have played 10 games of crazyhouse (I triple checked) But still they haven't granted me the achivement "mad Scientist".

You have only played one game of Crazyhouse on the Play server. Games played on the Variants server do not count for achievements, with the exception of plain 4PC (special rules don't count as far as I'm aware).

Dangerous Intersection is broken. In the bottom left there is a button that says "Support" so press on it and tell them your situation

I tried that also. They took almost 5 days to respond but they got my username wrong.

Well just ask Support. The Ai is not helpful but you can connect to an agent and they will grant it to you.

The achievement system is buggy. If you contact Support, they might be able to do it manually for you. However, the staff are reworking the achievement system.

But I contacted the ai so stupid. How will get that achievement
