If chess is an addiction, then I’d say at least it’s a GOOD addiction, unlike drugs and other vices that DESTROY your brain.

Yes, I know it sounds stupid but recently I feel like I've gotten too obsessed with chess. Any moment of free time I have always will play a game or two and it is becoming a problem. I've played around 300 games in the past week, anyone else experiencing similar problems and if so how do you get yourself to take a break for awhile?
