Do you think there is a difference between studying ai generated puzzles v human made? Just like playing a human is more beneficial than playing a computer, is it the same with puzzles?

I know some of the chesscom puzzles are from actual games throughout the years, but are most of them ai generated?

I've really been spending a lot of time on puzzle rush and puzzles (trying 100% rating climbs), but do you think it'd be better for me to grab some tactics books and go over those? I have polgar's 5500 puzzle book but I think I don't spend enough time with it.

Almost all the chess.com puzzles come from actual games. Many of them may have been found via a program going through site games though.

Polgar's book has puzzles from games but a lot of them are compositions.
