Puzzles aren't a good metric for rating. They just measure performance at doing puzzles and for most people that's not going to be anywhere their game strength.

Alright ladies and gentlemen.. i am here in chess.com and having 2000 ELO.. how to improve chess dear ladies and gentlemen.. POV:- ELO chess rating is not equal to online chess rating.. and also chess puzzles are based on tactics strategy it's based on chess game strength

A 2000 FIDE 15 year old would have a blitz rating around 2300...
so you're about 500-600 points off.

I think you are misunderstanding "Elo." Arpad Elo was a Hungarian-American physics professor who invented a chess rating system. It was adopted by the US Chess Federation in 1960 and by FIDE in 1970 and later by other chess organizations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arpad_Elo

FIDE ratings are Elo ratings.
Mark Glickman is an American statistics professor who noticed that many Elo ratings are inaccurate because they are based on too few games or because players aren't playing actively. He came up with a system in 1995 to estimate how accurate a rating is. His Glicko system is just a modified Elo rating. Chess.com uses the Glicko system.
