Am I 1600 OR NOT

I rarely play chess games  I only practice chess I never play because IM afraid to Lose. being said 

when I do play games I often  win against 1600 players but sometimes lose to 1000 rated players 

idk my true elo. my current elo rn is 985  but on my alt im 1600.

Also it's best to tell u why I lose against the 1000s its because I blunder a piece

I obliterate them with my positional skills and then i blunder sometimes

This is actually something that i think is interesting. When i play 2100's i can beat them normally without any issues. but at 1200 on this account i face much more trouble because of how much more differently and weird they play. sure they miss tactics and blunder often but its very difficult to crack the openings they play as they are so offbeat but hard to refute if you haven't seen it before.

But when I play against a 1000 I just don't take them seriously

that does not mean you are a 2300.

If you play at a consistent 2300 level and could beat them consistently, then you would be considered a 2300 level player
