Yes, you are a very good player. You probably are better than 85% of chess players around the world.

But if you accept an advice of an old man, don't worry about it (unless you want to be a professional chess player), just have fun playing , enjoy even the defeats, by seeing what your opponent do right and learning with yours mistakes.

If you enjoy playing, you’re a good player.

Good is relative (what might be good to me for example, could be different to what you consider good). The most important thing is to enjoy the game—if you don't enjoy playing, you will find it hard to improve.
