i think im not a beginner anymore, but an amatuer. however, my opening knowledges are scattered everywhere and unsystematically developed. i may have good tactics, calculating and strategy skills as well as endgames but my opening sucks ! i always lose on openings !

is there anyway for me to improve my openings at my lvl ? how shall train to improve my games ? which field should i stress on ? live rating 1350+ and online game rating 1405 now.

I would suggest finding a GM or a stronger player that has similiar playing style as you and copy his or her openings and games. Save these games in a database like SCID Chess. and due an opening report on that player. not only do you have instant openings but also it will give a understanding where your going in middle game and endgames that arise from these positions.
