I use Android app of chess.com , and it's trash . Lots of features are missing here..like chess varients and even basic settings .they didn't even put half the effort to make this app.whys that?

The website didn't use to have the variants either. The apps were originally designed to have the most popular/important features and not to completely recreate everything in the site.
More has been added through the tears, though it's unlikely variants will be directly added
What about settings ? And I can't even reply to you from the app .

There are some website settings that don't make sense in the app. As to replying, you should be able to reply there without issue.
I use the website on Android I like add blockers
What bout deleting a comment ? And notifications? Huh? And I can't playgames like bullet from website , it had ping .
