Hi,

I have downloaded and installed a few softwares on my tablet that were supposed to let me set up any particular position to study it and I didn't find one yet; you know, the kind of positions one finds in chess teaching books.

I"m looking for a freeware.

You can try "Scid on the go". Great tool.
