Annotated game by game coaching

Hey all. I've seen some of the coaching ads in the section where its advertised but I'm not paying 100 per hour. I am willing to pay a significant amount however.

I was looking at one of the forum threads in one of my groups and saw one titled something like "game by game coaching" or "move by move coaching" or whatever. I thought it was a good idea. This player would explain his thoughts and plans every time he sends a move. Awesome, just what I'm lookin for. I spend about 15 minutes reading responses and so forth only to look up the coaches ratings only to find out he's around 1400. Well it sounded good but I was kind of hoping to learn a different level of stategy

Does anyone know of a player that's around 2300 fide, 2400 uscf or equivalent that would play turn based games for a fee of course and explain their thoughts and plans (the why part of it) move by move? Doesn't have to be long explanations, just a singles sentence. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
