Annoying move

I tried to make a valid move but the system wouldn't let me and a short time later I lost the game because I run out of time. Also, even though I set a 10-minute timing for my moves, I keep losing due to time run out... why is this?

a valid move? what do you mean? you tried to move en passant and it didn't let you?

10 minutes per move or per game?

Yes Maniackid012, a valid move en passant and it wouldn't let me (could it be a chess.com mulfunction? does this happen often?). And yes Planeden, a 10-minute per move setting. I am actually puzzled about the time run-out rule, although my move inability could have led to my running out of time
