Queen's Gambit is immensely popular and the stats back it up.
Prepare your lines for the QGD, almost no players in your rating bracket will accept it. And as for the accepted gambit, easy to play around after 2. c4 dxc 3. Bxc4 ... as black has given up his center and white has gained a small lead in development.
