I heard that one GM likes to play MW3 on his Xbox 360 for exactly 35 minutes. Then he plays Skyrim for exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes. That's 1 hour & 40 min, then he eats lunch for 20 min while reading Vintage Guitar magazine. Then it's back to chess.com for study.
