for blitz i would reccomend KIA or smth like this

The 3 Knight opening is good because there r many tricks and traps if your opponent isn't familiar with it. I play the french (defense) against higher-rated peeps. Defense 1st and then u attack.

and against caro just use this line

or instead of h5 try nf3 or smth idk
