Any tip to be better in chess? (quickly method pls)

In the past, i had a decent elo, 600, but now, I dont know why, is just 200... im kinda sad and disappointed of myself and I want to get my elo back
It looks like you deliberately decreased you rating by resigning games after 1-2-3 moves.
And then you come here and complain? What is the point of that?
Losing on purpose is also against the rules.

There's no "fast" way to get good at chess... (For most people.) So, maybe just keep playing for fun, and you'll get better. I went up by around 600 points after a year of playing, so improvement will likely be slow.

If you want to get better at chess quickly as you stated, you'll want to use the best engine you can get to play your games for you.
Otherwise you will need to put in the time training, which is not quick. I post a lot about training to get better but people don't want to hear that it seems. Get better without working for it is the thing everyone wants.
Good luck, you're going to need it.

Learn exactly how to think in the opening, middlegame and endgame — this is what I teach.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

yeah, in lichess i entered 2 swiss arenas i just started winning everthing after a long period of losses in the same week

I was getting angry so, in the last games, when I saw that I was going to lose, even if it was in the opening or if it was black, I would give up.

Start with learning E4 openings - They are the most used ones in games.
Don't hesitate when playing, you can blunder.
Focus on controling the center squares.
Focus on developing instead of capturing (unless they blundered and it's a free trade)
You can also use youtube to find tutorials and tips.
Good luck!
